THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end UX and UI design across our digital product portfolio. This role creates intuitive, accessible experiences that meet user needs, solve meaningful problems, and support business objectives.

You will work across products, audiences, and platforms, adapting your approach to each product’s users and goals while maintaining a consistent standard of design quality. Strong experience designing mobile-first and responsive experiences is critical.

Using Figma, Figma Make, and AI-assisted design tools, you will explore concepts, create interactive prototypes, and validate solutions before development. You will partner closely with Product and Engineering to bring experiences from initial discovery through implementation and ongoing improvement.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE

  • Own end-to-end UX and UI design for product features and experiences across the digital product portfolio.
  • Translate user needs, business objectives, and research insights into intuitive user journeys, workflows, and interfaces.
  • Design mobile-first and responsive experiences that work effectively across devices and platforms.
  • Use AI-assisted design tools to explore concepts, generate alternatives, and accelerate iteration while maintaining strong design judgment and visual craft.
  • Create interactive, high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Figma Make to communicate concepts, demonstrate interaction behavior, and support usability testing.
  • Design for complete user journeys, including key interface states, error handling, and recovery paths.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research partners to define problems, evaluate solutions, and support implementation.
  • Apply and extend established design system components and patterns to deliver consistent experiences across products.
  • Produce high-fidelity designs, detailed interaction specifications, and implementation-ready design artifacts.
  • Participate in usability testing and refine designs based on research findings, product insights, and user feedback.
  • Incorporate accessibility and localization considerations throughout the design process.
  • Review and refine AI-generated outputs for usability, consistency, accessibility, and feasibility.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM

This team shapes digital experiences across a diverse portfolio of products serving users across global markets. You will have the opportunity to solve a variety of design challenges, collaborate across disciplines, and help create a more cohesive experience across our digital ecosystem.

The team combines customer-centered design, shared design systems, and AI-enabled prototyping to explore ideas, learn earlier, and deliver meaningful product improvements.
