THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Director, Enterprise AI & Platform Engineering to lead high-impact AI, automation, and platform initiatives that help teams work smarter and build faster. In this role, you’ll shape enterprise AI strategy, guide modern engineering practices, and deliver scalable digital solutions that improve productivity, accelerate innovation, and create measurable business value. You’ll work closely with executive, business, and technology leaders to turn complex ideas into practical, secure, and future-ready solutions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Define and complete the enterprise strategy for AI-enabled platforms, reusable services, APIs, developer tools, and core engineering capabilities.
• Lead the delivery of internal AI assistants, agentic capabilities, enterprise search, document intelligence, knowledge systems, and automation workflows.
• Set architecture standards for AI systems, platform engineering, APIs, integrations, web applications, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Design enterprise integrations that enable secure, reliable, and scalable data flow across business-critical systems.
• Drive digital experiences such as web pages, campaign tools, internal applications, executive demos, prototypes, and business-facing solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear technical strategies, product concepts, implementation roadmaps, prototypes, and production-ready solutions.
• Partner with Marketing, Content, SEO, Finance, Communications, KAM, and other teams to deliver high-value enterprise solutions.
• Build reusable platform capabilities that improve developer productivity, reduce duplicated effort, and accelerate delivery.
• Create executive-ready materials that connect technical initiatives to business outcomes.
• Support operational perfection through fixing issues, root cause analysis, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.

Experience
• 10+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise-scale technology environments.
• Experience leading engineering teams, platform initiatives, architecture efforts, or enterprise technology programs.
• Ability to partner with executives, business leaders, product teams, and multi-functional collaborators to deliver high-value solutions.
• Background delivering digital experiences, internal applications, integrations, automation, or enterprise platforms.
• Experience supporting enterprise functions such as Marketing, Finance, Content, Legal, Operations, Analytics, Communications, or Sales.
• Exposure to AI strategy, agentic systems, enterprise knowledge platforms, automation workflows, internal copilots, or related AI-enabled capabilities.
• Experience in platform engineering, developer experience, enterprise architecture, digital delivery, or product-minded engineering leadership.
Skills
• Ability to design and deliver enterprise software platforms, reusable services, APIs, integrations, and developer tools.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, system design, scalability, security, maintainability, and reliability.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled systems, including internal assistants, agents, enterprise search, document processing, knowledge workflows, and automation.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics through clear documentation, architecture diagrams, executive presentations, and solution narratives.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms, modern web technologies, API ecosystems, content platforms, data platforms, observability, and integration patterns.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
