Overview

ROLE AT A GLANCE: 
This role manages the supply chain requirements for all new product development (NPD) launches in the company.  There is significant collaboration with various teams to ensure timely execution of production, inventory strategy and product availability for all new product launches.  Management of supply chain tasks in Agile, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.

 

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT: 
•    Responsible for New Product Launch Strategy for supply chain planning.
•    Works with finished goods planner and production team to determine inventory strategy for new launches
•    Coordinates forecast requirements with regional team for new launches
•    Manages process for Letter of Intent (LOI) requirements for all NPD launches
•    Balance manufacturing efficiencies with working capital investments for new product launches
•    Ensures accuracy and execution of all Agile tasks for supply chain
•    Represents supply chain in all project management meetings for NPD projects.

 

TEAM DYNAMICS:  
•    Collaboration with corporate teams, regional teams and manufacturing teams
•    Works with global business partners in all regions

 

LEADERSHIP AND SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
•    Individual contributor

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

Education
•    Bachelor’s degree

 

Experience
•    7 or more years of experience in Supply Chain, project management or related field
•    Project management, Production Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Management

 

Skills/Certifications 
•    Supply Chain Planning 
•    Project Management
•    CPFR, CPIM, CSCP, APICS, Six Sigma
