The Operator I, Warehouse Logistics can perform warehouse operator functions in a high paced manufacturing environment. The position can perform warehouse functions including material receiving, material transfers, and the issuance and return of materials to manufacturing or packaging. The Operator I, Warehouse Logistics will work closely between facilities & departments, Production, and Maintenance.

WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:
The warehouse department is responsible for all material receipts for the manufacture and packaging of protein powder meals, liquid aloe product, the transfer of all raw materials and packaging components between buildings, the transfer of finished product to Herbalife distribution centers via third party carriers and the final sale of the finished goods to Herbalife distribution centers. The warehouse department collaborates with all other departments including Planning, Purchasing, Quality control, Production, Quality assurance, transportation and distribution in a high performing facility that functions as one team producing remarkable results within a modest footprint.
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
• Ability to analyze data and develop reports.
• Develop logical processes & techniques.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, have a sense of urgency.
• Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
• Ability to interface with all levels, departments & shifts within Herbalife.
• Ability to resolve problems.
Experience:
• 1 years of experience in warehouse operations and operating standup reach and sit-down forklifts
• MS Office (Access, Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook) intermediate level
• RF scanner use in inquiries and product transfers.
• Must have clean driving record.
Education:
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Two (1) years of experience in an FDA, cGMP regulated manufacturing environment.
• Oracle software experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a leadership role
• Prior OSHA Forklift certification
