The Lead Technician I, Manufacturing - 2nd Shift (3:00pm-11:30pm) is responsible for leading operators through their daily tasks and ensuring tasks are performed in accordance with company policy and procedure. The Lead Technician I is responsible for leading a team of up to 15 employees, making sure they are trained, adhering to company policies, working safely and achieving departmental standards and goals. This is a working lead position and will work side by side with operators in production.
