Principal, Product Design

THE ROLE: 
We are looking for a Principal Product Designer to own UX and UI for a primary digital platform that serves as a central hub for Herbalife distributors. This role represents a senior-level contributor role with end-to-end ownership and significant influence on patterns used across the broader product ecosystem. This role requires comfort operating in a B2B-meets-consumer environment, designing tools that support users running and growing a business within a digital platform.

 

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: 
•    Own UX and UI design from concept through launch for a core digital platform
•    Translate complex business and user requirements into intuitive experiences
•    Design dashboards, workflows, and onboarding journeys
•    Partner closely with Product Managers to shape requirements and priorities
•    Collaborate with Engineering to ensure accurate and high-quality execution
•    Contribute to and help evolve the design system
•    Provide design guidance and mentorship to other designers
•    Validate designs through research, usability testing, and iteration
•    Design mobile-first and responsive experiences across key workflows and dashboards
•    Collaborate closely with Engineering using modern design-to-dev workflows and tooling
•    Perform additional duties as assigned.

This platform is foundational to Herbalife’s digital strategy and has high visibility and impact across global markets.

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
•    None (senior individual contributor role)

 

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
•    7+ years of experience in product design
•    Strong end-to-end UX and UI expertise
•    Experience designing complex, data-rich applications
•    Consistent track record to independently own large product surfaces
•    Experience working with and extending design systems
•    Strong collaboration and communication skills
•    Strong experience designing mobile-first digital products across mobile and desktop
•    Hands-on experience with modern UX tools such as Figma, including prototyping and design system usage

Education
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
