Overview

THE ROLE: 
We are looking for a Senior Design Systems Designer to own and evolve Herbalife’s design systems, enabling scale, consistency, and speed across multiple digital platforms.


HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
•    Own and evolve the design system, including components, patterns, and tokens
•    Partner closely with Engineering to ensure accurate implementation
•    Define standards for accessibility, usability, and visual consistency
•    Maintain clear documentation and usage guidelines
•    Support product teams adopting and extending the design system
•    Find opportunities to improve delivery, efficiency and quality  
•    Ensure design system components support responsive, mobile-first experiences across platforms
•    Perform additional duties as assigned.


WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:  
This role has a horizontal impact across product teams and acts as a multiplier for speed, quality, and consistency.

•    None

Qualifications

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: 
•    6+ years of experience in digital or product design
•    Deep expertise in design systems and component-based design
•    Strong visual and interaction design skills
•    Experience partnering closely with front-end engineering teams
•    Strong systems thinking and attention to detail
•    Strong experience working with modern design system tooling in Figma and close collaboration with front-end engineering teams
•    Experience building design systems that support responsive, mobile-first and desktop experiences
 

Education
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
