ROLE AT A GLANCE:
The Sr. Manager Employee Well-Being is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and execution of enterprise well being (physical, mental, social, and financial) and employee recognition programs to strengthen engagement, performance, and culture; this role operates as a product owner across wellness and recognition, integrating programs into the broader total rewards and employee experience portfolio where well being is a core element of the employee experience.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
• Strategy & Roadmap
o Build a multi year strategy and annual operating plan for employee wellness and recognition, aligned to business, culture, and total rewards philosophy where rewards are managed as an investment in people.
o Standardize global design and measurement while adapting for regional regulations, cultural norms, and local vendors; enable local champions with centrally provided playbooks.
• Governance & compliance
o Establish policies, eligibility, tax/compliance guardrails, and equitable access standards; ensure privacy and vendor risk management; run audits and cyclical program reviews.
• Program Administration & Operations
o Design and continuously improve a cohesive portfolio (benefits-integrated wellness, mental health, financial well being, peer to peer recognition, spot/manager awards, service awards, and enterprise celebrations) that balances intrinsic and extrinsic motivators.
• Employee Communication & Support
o Create clear, segmented, multi channel communication plans, manager toolkits, and champion networks; tailor messages to employee segments and life stages to drive awareness and adoption.
o Partner with Total Rewards, Benefits, DEI, Safety, L&D, Talent Management, and HRBPs to embed well being and recognition into the employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, career milestones).
o Manage training on program usage and best practices globally
• Technology & Vendor Management
o Own the recognition platform and well being tech stack (selection, implementation, integrations with HRIS/SSO, roadmap, SLAs); manage vendor relationships, budgets, and performance.
• Program Monitoring & Reporting
o Define KPIs (utilization, engagement lift, health risk trends, recognition participation, inclusion signals, retention, productivity proxies), build dashboards, and run A/B tests to iterate programs continuously using real time insights.
o Track program participation rates, engagement metrics, and utilization data
o Generate regular reports on program effectiveness, including usage metrics and employee feedback
o Monitor program compliance and ensure alignment with organizational policies and values
o Collect and analyze feedback to support continuous program improvements
• Cultural Integration & Engagement
o Define and develop meaningful well-being programs that are work-integrated and provide frequent, personalized recognition
o Facilitate workplace connections, wellness initiatives and recognition moments that promote belonging, engagement and overall employee well-being
• Risk and change management
o Identify adoption risks, run pilots, and lead change plans to scale what works, retiring low impact programs and reinvesting in higher value offerings.

The Global Total Rewards Team is comprised of employees focused on Compensation, Benefits and overall Employee Well-Being. The Sr. Manager Employee Well-Being will join a dynamic and collaborative global Total Rewards organization made up of professionals with diverse backgrounds and expertise across regions. QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years in Well Being/Employee Experience/Benefits with 3+ years owning enterprise recognition and/or well being programs at scale; global experience preferred.
Experience
• Proven track record designing, launching, and scaling wellness and recognition programs with measurable impact on engagement, inclusion, and retention.
• Demonstrated vendor and platform ownership (RFPs, contracts, integrations, roadmap) and budget management.
Skills/Certifications
• Strong analytics capability (defining KPIs, experiment design, dashboarding) and ability to translate insights into program decisions.
• Excellent communication and proven relationship management skills; able to simplify and tailor messages by audience to drive understanding and action.
• Knowledge of global well being and recognition practices, with attention to equity, accessibility, privacy, and local regulatory considerations.
• Collaborative leader who influences across HR COEs and business, balancing intrinsic and extrinsic drivers of motivation.
• Experience in high-growth, multinational organizations preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools for data analysis and presentations
