THE ROLE:
Herbalife is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who will lead our executive social media and advanced strategic digital objectives. The manager will be a sharp, strategic, and creative thinker who is a storyteller that thrives at the intersection of digital innovation and leadership communication. In this role, you’ll focus on executing the strategy behind our social media and digital communications efforts to elevate our C-Suite level channels to increase their presence, community connections, and authentic engagement.
As part of the Digital Marketing team, the ideal candidate is an experienced strategic digital marketer with a passion for social media. This person must be comfortable working with Fortune 500 C-suite executives and moving at a fast pace. Attention to detail and unpredictable flexibility are paramount.
The candidate must be intellectually curious, creatively sensible, meticulously detail oriented, and energetically confident. The manager must be willing to learn the latest digital marketing tools, adopting social media best practices, and implementing AI-driven solutions.

You’ll be part of a nimble, hands-on Digital Marketing team of 7 full-time teammates plus cross-functional partners, contractors, and agencies, that works collaboratively to elevate Herbalife’s brand, grow our digital presence, and strengthen our reputation. The team values innovation, adaptability, and teamwork across regions—and thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where strategy and creativity go hand in hand. The team drives the company’s digital strategy, including global social media, website, and search.
