THE ROLE:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Specialist focused on Product to join our Distributor Marketing team in North America. This role will support the execution of impactful marketing campaigns aimed at driving product awareness and engagement across the region. The Specialist will work closely with the Distributor Marketing Manager – Product, NAM Product Marketing Category leads, and senior team members to execute small to mid-tier product launch campaigns, ongoing product promotions, Distributor communications, and event activations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth execution of campaign deliverables, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and managing key Distributor communication channels.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
• Marketing and Campaign Development:
o Develop and execute small- to mid-tier campaigns for new product launches according to the annual product release schedule, including tasks such as pre-launch teasers, launch activities, and post-launch efforts to support a successful product lifecycle.
o Build strong product knowledge to support accurate, effective marketing execution across all North America markets, including the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, Jamaica, and Trinidad & Tobago.
o Collaborate with the Distributor Marketing Manager – Product to execute the yearly product-focused marketing calendar, covering pre- and post-launch efforts, product promotions, and evergreen and thematic initiatives.
o Partner with NAM Product Category leads and senior team members to support and execute retention and promotional campaigns, including awareness efforts for underperforming SKUs.
• Content Creation & Execution:
o Support the execution and coordination of campaign assets, tools, and promotional content for digital platforms (myHerbalife.com, BOARDS, CEROS, etc.), including asset routing and timeline updates.
o Manage Distributor communication channels for product content, including BOARDS product pages, Telegram, WorkVivo, independent product newsletters, President’s Team/TAB Team monthly calls, phone systems, and other Distributor channels as needed.
o Partner with the Distributor Marketing team and cross-functional teams to ensure product content is distributed consistently across websites, BOARDS, social media, email, text messaging, and print.
o Support product presence and activities (non-training related) at key Distributor events (e.g., Future President’s Team Retreats, Extravaganza, Leadership Development Weekends), including logistics, execution support, and other duties as assigned. Some travel will be required.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Distributor Engagement:
o Manage internal updates and administrative tasks such as the myHerbalife calendar, P&E orders, SOPs, team meeting agendas, and notes.
o Support and execute product launch activities for small- to mid-level campaigns owned by this role, while also providing executional support for larger, high-visibility product campaigns led by the team.
o Assist with pre-launch and launch bridge calls, coordinating timelines and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Digital Marketing, the Digital Office, Pricing, and Operations, to ensure product SKU setup, warehouse availability, final messaging, campaign asset posting, and information dissemination across channels are all in place prior to launch.
o Partner with Events and Product Training teams to ensure product stage presence at key Distributor events, providing appropriate promotional slides and videos to support experts in marketing products and initiatives.
o Assist with pre-launch and launch bridge calls, coordinate timelines, and maintain alignment to ensure consistent product availability, messaging, and visibility across events, Distributor calls, and communication channels.
o Partner closely with NAM Product Category leads and senior team members for guidance and support in campaign development and execution.
o Prepare and present PowerPoint slides for assigned small- to mid-level campaigns led by this role to internal stakeholders and Distributor leadership, ensuring clarity in campaign objectives, strategy, tactics, positioning, and messaging.
o Support the development and refinement of product campaign and communication processes, including establishing and enhancing SOPs as needed, in partnership with the Distributor Marketing Manager – Product and other cross-functional teams.
o Perform additional duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in:
o Developing and implementing marketing or sales campaigns to support new product launches, preferably within the Network Marketing, -Level Marketing (MLM), or B2B industry; and/or
o Managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales or marketing programs.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute in a process-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to draft clear content and present effectively to groups both online and in person.
• Ability to multitask and manage projects in a deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
• Able to thrive in high-stress event environments by staying focused, managing multiple urgent priorities, and maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented attitude under pressure.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and willing to travel up to 30%.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of experience. In lieu of a degree in these fields, experience in sales and marketing may be considered.
