This role will lead the execution of key initiatives and campaigns, providing strategic input, cross-functional alignment, and ownership of mid- to large-scale marketing projects. Working closely with the Manager – Distributor Initiatives, the Sr. Specialist will support deployment of regional priorities and ensure alignment with global and regional business partners. The role will also play a central role in bringing campaigns to life across digital platforms and major Distributor events, driving engagement, awareness, and adoption of key Distributor business tools, technologies, and programs.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

•    Marketing and Campaign Development
•    Lead the planning and execution of mid- to large-scale Distributor initiative campaigns driven by business needs, ranging from Sales & Marketing Plan updates to technology rollouts, education initiatives, and Preferred Member loyalty programs, along with other Distributor marketing projects requiring coordinated marketing support.
•    Manage full campaign lifecycles of these initiatives for the region, including pre-launch planning, launch execution, training, and post-launch follow-up, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable impact and Distributor adoption against established KPIs.
•    Lead training and awareness calls and efforts for major Distributor initiatives in partnership with Sales and Digital Office teams, ensuring clear communication of tools, campaigns, and activation strategies.
•    Manage digital Distributor communication channels, including bi-weekly and monthly newsletters (Weekly Supplement), marketing and banner ads on the Distributor Backoffice (myHerbalife.com), and digital communication platforms (BOARDS, Telegram, WorkVivo, and others).
•    Provide strategic input to the annual Distributor Initiatives calendar in partnership with Sales teams and the Manager – Distributor Initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and Distributor field needs.

•    Develop quick-turn, ready-to-use field content and tools to support ad-hoc projects, priority initiatives, and last-minute executive requests. Partner with Regional Sales Managers to ensure deliverables are practical, timely, and responsive to Distributor and business needs.
•    Drive on-stage and digital presence of Distributor initiatives and tools at key events (e.g., Future President’s Team Retreat, Extravaganza, Leadership Development Weekends) showcasing new technology and business solutions (e.g., NowSite, e-Commerce, Loyalty) and reinforcing existing programs (e.g., HL Learn, BizWorks). Coordinate with Events, Digital Office, Sales, and Distributor leaders to deliver seamless activations, and ensure post-event reinforcement through ongoing corporate sponsored events and digital communication channels. Travel required for onsite support.

•    Cross Departmental Collaboration and Distributor Engagement
•    Prepare and present launch strategies, campaign briefs, and project updates to cross-functional partners and internal stakeholders (Sales, Creative, Content, Design, Project Management, and others), as well as Distributor leadership, ensuring positioning, messaging, and objectives are clear and aligned across all campaigns and event activations.
•    Partner closely with the Manager – Distributor Initiatives, Sales, and Digital Office teams to shape campaign strategies, while also managing monthly content and promotional strategy across all Distributor channels (e.g., myHerbalife.com/Backoffice, apps, newsletters, and more).
•    Collaborate with Distributor leaders and field stakeholders to secure buy-in, shape messaging, and ensure relevance of campaigns.
•    Lead pre-launch and go-live coordination calls with cross-functional partners and Distributors to ensure readiness across platforms, event activations, and communication channels.
•    Drive the development and continuous improvement of campaign processes and SOPs, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and scalability across Distributor initiatives.
•    Collaborate with the Worldwide Distributor Success Team, Worldwide Member Education Team, and North America Sales Team to integrate global marketing strategies into regional initiatives and maintain alignment across all NAM markets.
