Overview

ROLE AT A GLANCE:

The Senior Analyst Compensation Programs drives key global compensation initiatives – from market pricing and job evaluation to the annual compensation planning cycle – while serving as day-to-day project lead for cross-functional workstreams. You’ll own analysis, tools, and guidelines that support fair, competitive, and transparent pay, and partner with HR, Finance, Talent, and business leaders to deliver a high-quality employee experience.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
•    Lead compensation projects end-to-end (plan, timeline, governance, risks) across global stakeholders; surface insights, drive decisions, and report progress.
•    Conduct job evaluations and market pricing; recommend structures and ranges that balance competitiveness and internal equity.
•    Support job architecture and leveling work: define criteria (scope, complexity, decisions, impact), map roles to levels, and maintain job data quality.
•    Co-lead the annual compensation planning cycle (merit/bonus/equity): build guidelines, templates, and training; ensure HRIS readiness; analyze outcomes and exceptions.
•    Build and maintain salary structures and pay bands; run market refreshes and provide targeted adjustments guidance.
•    Deliver total rewards training and manager/employee communications that promote clarity and trust.
•    Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Finance on offers, promotions, and org design; advise on compensation policies and guardrails.
•    Run pay equity and risk checks during design and planning; recommend remediation actions and track closure.
•    Leverage HRIS/comp tools (e.g., Payfactors, Oracle, Survey platforms) to automate and scale processes; ensure data integrity and audit readiness.
•    Additional duties as needed.
