As a Developer (COTS) III at Herbalife International, you will play a pivotal role in our IT department by working with modern technologies. You will help deliver world-class solutions. How you would contribute:
- Proficient in Software development lifecycles, including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and AIM Methodology.
- Design, develop, implement, customize, and integrate Oracle e-Business Suite and Salesforce applications with other systems, providing ongoing support and future enhancements.
- Collaborate with team members to scope, design, develop, test, implement, support, and be responsible for coding and unit testing application software across production support, enhancements, and projects.
- Achieve performance targets for responding to and resolving production support issues within agreed timelines.
- Develop technical solutions for specified needs, building components like extensions, views, customizations, reports, and workflows.
- Design and develop high-quality software on the Force.com platform.
- Enhance performance in the Applications environment, including tuning code, conducting application health checks, and proposing and implementing improvements.
- Follow documentation, software development methodology, version control, testing, and migration standards.
- Understand key integration points, work multi-functionally across different business processes, and address challenges faced by business teams.
- Meet service level agreements for production support response and resolution. Resolve problems, identify root causes, and apply corrective measures for permanent solutions.
- Mentor less experienced Application Developers and foster an inclusive environment that promotes mutual knowledge exchange.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Prioritize and complete tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and background required to be successful:
- Deep technical skills with major ERP applications like Oracle and Salesforce.
- Skilled in PL/SQL, SQL, Workflow, Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, and Oracle Development Tools.
- Experience with Oracle Applications R12 and Oracle Fusion.
- Understanding of interfacing mechanisms, Web Services, ETL, etc.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and their design, including ERDs.
- Hands-on software issue resolution experience and the ability to research software-related issues and products.
- Familiarity with tools and processes for managing updates and revisions, including source code control, versioning, branching, defect tracking, and release management.
- Knowledge of Oracle and ERP APIs and application code registration procedures.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux shell scripting.
- Ability to identify system impact for small and large-scale initiatives.
- Experience with global implementations of Oracle EBS Applications and Salesforce.
- Coordination of migrations/implementation of changes between different application environments.
- Expertise in interfaces, conversion, and data migration between Oracle ERP modules, Oracle Cloud, Salesforce, and third-party applications.
- Experience in a DevOps framework.
- Proficiency in lightning component development, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Experience designing and building applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Expertise in creating RESTful and SOAP-based web services in Salesforce.
- Knowledge of relational databases and data modeling, including Salesforce.com SOQL and SOSL.
- Knowledge of MVC concepts.
- Experience in designing and developing applications using OOP concepts and design patterns.
- Ability to work in an agile development environment.
- Passion for measuring and improving code quality.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of Salesforce.com architecture and API.
- Experience with ANT-based deployment, Force.com data loader, and CI/CD concepts.
- Experience with development tools like VS Code and GIT.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in developing and delivering enterprise/large-scale applications.
- More than 5 years of experience working with SQL and PL/SQL.
- More than 5 years of experience in Oracle Application Development and Oracle Development Tools.
- More than 5 years of development experience in an R12 Oracle Applications environment.
- Experience working with UNIX/Linux shell scripts.
- More than 5 years of IT/Engineering experience, including Java, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- More than 5 years of experience in Force.com, Lightning components development, and Apex programming language.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
