As part of the Digital Marketing team, the ideal candidate is an experienced strategic digital marketer with a deep understanding of the social media landscape and a passion for using data to inform decisions; someone who can design and implement scalable social media strategies that align with business goals, enhance brand reputation, and drive measurable engagement.
While creative sensibilities are welcomed, the focus of this position is planning, execution, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration across departments to ensure our digital presence aligns with broader business goals.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

•    Develop strategic digital campaign plans aligned with company priorities and communication objectives.
•    Analyze performance across digital platforms and translate insights into optimization recommendations and data-informed strategies.

•    Coordinate content calendars and publishing timelines for multiple social platforms.
•    Identify and leverage cultural moments, UGC, influencer engagement, and trending topics to keep our content relevant and responsive.
•    Regularly report on performance metrics, community sentiment, and emerging trends to partners and leadership.
•    Support SEO best practices across digital content and campaigns.
•    Creative skills like design, video editing, or photography are a plus, but not required.

WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:
You’ll be part of a nimble, hands-on Digital Marketing team that works cross-functionally to elevate Herbalife’s brand, grow our digital presence, and strengthen our reputation. The team values innovation, adaptability, and collaboration across regions—and thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where strategy and creativity go hand in hand.
