Overview

THE ROLE: 

 

The Specialist, Go-To-Market will support the North America Sales Growth Strategy team in developing and leading effective sales initiatives through project management, and the execution of sales strategies aimed at the Daily Method of Operations for Distributors.

This position requires ability to travel up to 25%.


HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: 
•    Develop an expert understanding of the Herbalife Sales & Marketing Plan
•    Develop and design presentations for sales leaders
•    Collaborate with Sr. Director, Sales Growth Strategy and Manager to develop and refine sales strategies that target Daily Method of Operations for the Distributor segment, enhancing recruitment, retention, and lifetime value.
•    Develop cross-functional projects related to sales growth initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while achieving desired outcomes.
•    Partner with Worldwide team and North America regional stakeholders to collaborate on execution of the sales and marketing initiatives and strategies.
•    Collaborate with Distributor Marketing Team on integrated marketing and sales campaigns, leveraging insights to ensure messaging resonates with the Distributors.
•    Analyze sales data and Distributor insights to inform strategy development and project prioritization, continuously seeking opportunities for optimization and growth.
•    Track and report on the performance of sales growth initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet or exceed objectives.
•    Research and stay on top of industry and competitor trends.
•    Participate in local & regional events when needed

They are a high-performing team that works closely with cross functional teams across all levels of the company, to deliver the best experience for Herbalife Distributors in North America. Qualifications

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: 


•    5 years of relevant work experience helping to develop, implement, manage, and measure marketing campaigns for a nutrition, health, fitness or wellness company or Fortune 500 brand
•    3 years’ experience leading projects or teams 
•    Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales growth programs.  
•    Detail oriented with excellent time management skills 
•    Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•    Self-starter with strong organization, collaboration, and execution skills.  
•    Analytical thinker who can use data, market analysis & customer insights to help drive sales and recruitment.
•    Understanding of sales and marketing metrics, KPIs, and measurement.
•    Strong oral, written, and communication skills. Comfortable presenting to large groups online and in person.
•    Capacity to adapt to market changes and innovate sales strategies to meet evolving customer needs.
•    Ability to travel up to 25%

 

Education
•    Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing or relevant field of experience.
