THE ROLE:
The Pricing Analyst will analyze and develop efficient pricing recommendations, aligned with strategies and financial goals, across all markets in which Herbalife operates. This role will provide on-going quantitative analyses of individual products, country-wide profitability, country and/or regional price increases, discontinued products, and promotional activities.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
- Finalize retail prices with sufficient lead time to ensure smooth launches, taking into account corporate strategy, product cannibalization, competitive frameworks, market-specific ratios, and economics, while ensuring key financial performance standards are met
- Perform analyses and projects assigned by supervisor, providing detailed explanations as requested
- Maintain standard and non-standard pricing and sales reports within Access database environment
- Communicate and review price points and analyses within the department as well as with colleagues from other functional groups and departments
- Maintain accurate and effective documentation to support all analyses and to provide a historic rationale when reviews are conducted in the future
- Participate in maintenance of Margin Reporting database and ensure information captured and used is accurate and updated. Prepare quarterly sales/margin reports.
- Maintain departmental records and archives
