Overview

THE ROLE: 


Herbalife is undertaking a transformative initiative to implement Oracle Fusion across Product Life Cycle Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Order Management, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Transportation to optimize operations, improve visibility, and drive innovation. The Principal III Oracle Fusion Transformation Solution Architect will serve as a technical and strategic leader, crafting end-to-end solutions that align business needs with Oracle Fusion capabilities. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Fusion architecture, a collaborative approach to bridging business and IT, and a passion for delivering scalable, future-proof systems that empower our global operations.

 

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: 

 

•    Solution Design and Architecture: Own the design of coordinated Oracle Fusion solutions across PLM, Finance, Supply Chain, Order Management, Manufacturing Warehousing, and Transportation modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standard methodologies.
•    Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business leaders, functional leads, and collaborators to translate operational needs into technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
•    System Integration: Define and lead all aspects of the integration strategy for Oracle Fusion with existing systems (e.g., legacy ERP, third-party tools, internal applications) to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.
•    Configuration and Customization: Guide the configuration of Oracle Fusion modules, balancing out-of-the-box functionality with tailored enhancements with a strong bias toward demonstrating out-of-the box functionality and minimizing customizations.
•    Technical Leadership: Provide direction to implementation teams, including developers, analysts, and external consultants, to ensure solution integrity and consistency to architectural standards.
•    Performance Optimization: Assess and optimize system performance, scalability, and security to meet the demands of a global company.
•    Collaborator Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business units and IT, facilitating workshops, presenting solution designs, and securing consensus from leadership and end-users.
•    Risk Management: Identify technical risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory and data governance standards.
•    Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Create detailed architectural documentation, including process flows, data models, operating platform models, and integration maps, and train internal teams for sustainment post-implementation.
•    Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor Oracle Fusion updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends to recommend continuous improvements to the solution architecture.
•    Additional duties as assigned


Qualifications

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: 

 

•    8+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, with at least 5 years focused on Oracle Fusion implementations.
•    Proven expertise in architecting Oracle Fusion solutions for Finance, Supply Chain, Order Management, PLM, Warehousing, and Transportation modules.
•    Hands-on experience leading multi-module Oracle Fusion deployments in a global context.
Skills:

•    Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture, including PaaS, SaaS, and integration tools (e.g., OIC, SOA).
•    Solid understanding of standard Oracle Fusion business processes 
•    Proficiency in solution design tools (e.g., Visio, Sparx, Lucidchart) and technical frameworks (e.g., REST APIs, BI Publisher).
•    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address sophisticated technical challenges.
•    Strategic problem solver with a customer-centric mentality.
•    Collaborative leader able to influence multi-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
•    Adaptable and proactive, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions.
 
Education:
    Required
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Fusion Applications) preferred
