THE ROLE:
The Coordinator, Health & Safety serves as a resource to ensure safe and healthful working conditions for employees by developing and implementing standards, training, outreach, education, and assistance for all worldwide offices (excluding Manufacturing), and supporting administration of Security programs. This position will be responsible for working with Global Safety professionals to identify safety hazards and assist in implementing processes and procedures, as well as maintaining records of accidents, injuries, and near misses to help prevent future accidents. This position will also support the administration of Security Programs. This position will also provide backup for the procure to pay process (reviewing, assessing, and processing invoices and monthly accruals).
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
• Support monthly safety checks of work areas and equipment.
• Provide support coordination and effective administration of company safety training programs, fire prevention, injury and illness prevention, evacuation, personal protective equipment, lock out/tag out, confined space, forklift, safety committees, etc.
• Develop safety and security meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.
• Provide global support for all safety related tasks.
• Track and monitor all requirements for training, inspections, emergency drills, and record keeping.
• Create purchase requisitions, order supplies, and process all invoices for department.
• Maintain all safety related records.
• Develop reports from Safety Dashboard.
• Support administration of Security Programs.
• Provide backup for the procure to pay process.
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Experience:
Education
• High School Diploma or equivalent/5 years’ experience
• OSHA 501, 10- and 30-hours training certification is preferred
