Representative, Order Support Audit

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:

The Representative, Order Support Audit will be responsible for managing high volumes of inbound/outbound calls, Chat, SMS and SalesForce cases related to Distributors/Members orders and maintaining detailed records of each interaction via Herbalife Nutrition Care (HNC).   

 

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: 

• Understand Herbalife policy and business operations to deliver accurate information to Members ensuring operational excellence and superior customer service.
• Process Members’ requests in a timely manner. Research, resolve and document all problem orders. Answer detailed Marketing Plan questions pertaining to orders and lineage.
• Generate warehouse logs for Call Tags, Customer Returns and all valid situations as they occur.
• Embrace and accurately promote company events, promotions and product campaigns.
• Assist in special projects as needed i.e. User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support events with Distributor Registration/Onsite Store Support. 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Skills:

• Superior customer service skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications
• Strong analytical, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
• Ability to type 40 wpm and 10 key by touch

• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor always and interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity

 

Experience:

• 2 years of customer service experience (preferred in a call center environment)

 

Education:

• High school diploma
