Overview

THE ROLE: 

 

As the Senior Financial Analyst - Digital, you will be pivotal in evaluating the financial performance and impact of digital initiatives of the Digital Office. Your expertise will help align these initiatives with market opportunities and financial targets. By analyzing data, extracting insights, and translating them into commercial terms, you will support both Digital teams and external customers in strategic decision-making, prioritization and the ongoing management of these programs. This role reports directly to the Director of Measurement and Commercial Realization within the Digital Data & Analytics team and the Digital Office of Herbalife.

 

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: 


•    Develop and refine financial models to forecast outcomes and assess the financial viability of digital initiatives.
•    Evaluate the value and financial impact of digital projects to ensure they support business goals and are financially responsible.
•    Supervise and report on budget allocations and expenditures related to digital initiatives, ensuring they stay within approved limits.
•    Prepare detailed reports on the financial performance of digital projects, providing insights and recommendations to the Measurement & Commercial Realization Lead.
•    Perform cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making processes and improve the commercial realization of digital strategies.
•    Collaborate with Digital Project Teams to gather data on project costs and returns.
•    Work with Marketing, Sales, and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Departments to understand revenue impacts and align financial outcomes with market performance.
•    Coordinate with Tech/PMO Departments on the financial implications of technology investments and operational costs.
•    Additional duties as assigned


WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM: 

 

You will be joining a multifaceted and team that is charged with leading the development of measurement, analytics and insights for Herbalife’s digital transformation. Our team is based in US and Mexico but works cross-functionally with Global teams.  
 

Qualifications

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: 

 

•    7+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a digital or technology-focused setting.
•    Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and evaluating value.
•    Strong understanding of digital business models and market dynamics.
•    Tenacious analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate sophisticated financial data into actionable insights for non-financial partners.
•    Sophisticated proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and sophisticated formulas.
•    Experience with financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or  ERP systems.
•    Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or  platforms.
•    Proven track record of managing  projects engaging multiple team members and driving improvements in execution.
•    Demonstrated proficiency in fostering collaborative relationships and building networks, with a proven track record to connect and engage team members both in person and virtually.

 

Education


•    A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
•    A master’s degree in a related field or an MBA preferred.
•    Certifications in financial analysis, accounting, data analysis, digital marketing or a related field desired.
