THE ROLE:
The Global People Analytics Lead will be responsible for supporting HR and business strategy with data driven solutions and deliver compelling stories to influence business decisions. The Global People Analytics Lead will need to have the ability to interpret results using from simple data aggregation, statistical analysis to complex data mining. This position will also be responsible for data quality, expanding reporting, building dashboard and providing training to an ever-growing population of users. We are looking for an individual who can solve problems using a hypothesis-driven approach, deliver compelling stories, and consultatively work with leaders to drive solutions impacting business outcomes.
