We're in search of a motivated Manufacturing Data Analyst to join our amazing engineering team. Your role will be pivotal in offering data insights that empower data-driven decision-making, and you'll play a key role in shaping our upcoming digital factory plant. THE ROLE:

 

The candidate should be proficient in data science and possess a deep understanding of analytics tools like Power BI and SQL reporting. This role requires foundation skills in AI/ML and a preference for knowledge in Datawarehouse, ERP systems, and Batch record systems. The Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing our manufacturing processes, making data-driven decisions, and optimizing our plant performance. It is preferred to have experience in project management and have managed small to medium-sized projects.

 

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: 

 

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Analyze and interpret manufacturing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization and product improvement.
  • Develop data models, conduct predictive analytics, and generate actionable insights to drive manufacturing strategies.

Analytics Tools:

  • Apply advanced analytics tools, including Power BI, Oracle BI, and SQL reporting, to create informative and interactive visualizations and dashboards for monitoring manufacturing KPIs.

AI/ML Integration:

  • Apply AI/ML techniques to optimize Inventory, manufacturing variables, production schedules and quality control.
  • Develop predictive maintenance models to reduce machine downtime and improve efficiency.

Project Management:

  • Lead multi-functional projects aimed at improving manufacturing processes, reducing costs, and enhancing product quality.
  • Collaborate with various teams, set project goals, and timelines, and ensure successful project delivery.

ERP Knowledge:

  • Leverage knowledge of ERP systems to integrate and analyze manufacturing data, providing real-time insight into operations.

Data Lake and Digital Twin (Preferred):

  • If familiar with Data Lake and Digital Twin technologies, use these tools to create digital replicas of manufacturing processes, enabling real-time simulations and analysis.

 

Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:  

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Product Analyst or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistics, and modeling.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, including Power BI, Oracle BI, and SQL reporting.
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in manufacturing.
  • Project management skills with a track record of successful project implementations.
  • Familiarity with Data Lake and Digital Twin technologies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with machine data or SCADA systems is preferred
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and innovatively.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multi-functional teams.

Experience: 

  • 2 to 5 years of industry experience.

Education: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics)

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience preferably in Pharmaceutical, Food, or CPG industries
  • Good working knowledge of cGMPs, HACCP/AIB, and FDA regulations in Food and Nutrition industries
